- Facilitate engaging training sessions using various instructional techniques and technologies
- Design and develop training programs, materials, and resources tailored to the needs of the audience
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed
- Provide continuous support and coaching to participants to reinforce learning and application of skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or related field
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Knowledge of training methodologies and techniques
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Understanding of the logistics industry is a plus
- Having experience in Sales Development programs is plus
