Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can work independently and remotely. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly learn product-related knowledge. A background in the auto parts industry, specifically wheel and tire related, is highly desirable. Car enthusiasts or those with a mechanical background are encouraged to apply. Strong English verbal and written communication skills are a must, and a neutral accent is highly preferred. Working hours will follow a night shift schedule (our West coast hours).
Responsibilities include:
- Provide customer service via phone for order-related issues such as returns, exchanges, refunds, shipping inquiries, etc.
- Assist customers in finding the correct products and provide support related to our product installations.
- Perform other supportive customer service and sales-related tasks, such as replying to customer emails, processing shipping labels, etc.
- Extensive use of Excel for various tasks, including data analysis, report generation, and maintaining product information.
- Manage Amazon and eBay related tasks, including changing and uploading product information, updating listings, and ensuring product details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Ability to assist in FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) management for Amazon products, including inventory management, shipment creation, and troubleshooting issues related to FBA.

Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar or equivalent role in order processing or fulfillment
- Strong customer service orientation (Phone calls, Email, and Chat)
- Great English communication skills both verbal and written
- Highly organized and with great attention to detail
- Technology savvy - able to navigate new systems/platforms easily
- Experience with Amazon seller and Shopify (order fulfillment) or at least familiar with those platforms
- Being in the auto parts industry, specifically wheel and tire related, a car enthusiast or mechanical background is a plus.
- Trustworthy and passionate
- MS Excel skill highly preferred
