Job Description
- Designs basic training modules
- Develops training collaterals
- Responsible in the implementation of training programs
- Organizes outsource trainings and seminars
- Administers qualifying exam for all agent applicants
- Conducts post training assessment
- Certifies full-time agents accreditation
- Conducts comparative analysis
- Provides support in sales events and special activities
- Conducts competitor's survey
Minimum Qualifications
- College/University graduate of any related course
- At least 3 years work experience in training
- Computer literate; knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Pagemaker & Movie Maker is an advantage
- Outgoing and can relate well with people from different levels
