Job Description
- Develop and implement customer support strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) ensuring that targets are met consistently.
- Lead and manage a team of customer support professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Oversee the development and implementation of customer support policies, procedures, and processes.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage customer support resources effectively.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.
- Collaborate with COO and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Monthly presentation to Management Committee of previous and upcoming projects of the department
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree graduate
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
- At least 5 years of customer support or operations experience, with 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to develop and implement customer support strategies and policies.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using customer feedback to improve processes.
- Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborative team player with strong organizational skills.
