Quality and Certification Professional  

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for a Quality and Certification Professional to join our Conversion & Accessories Department based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, Philippines.

The Quality and Certification Professional is a member of the Quality and Certification Section that is responsible in accessories quality management.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in data analysis and project management.

Your role and responsibilities:

Accessories Quality Management

• Implement supplier quality assurance management; this includes establishing supplier quality process and compliance.
• Conduct Early Detection and Early Resolution (EDER) for accessory field problems. (Market claims data gathering, dealer support)
• Local accessories warranty cost recovery.

Conversion Vehicles Certification

• Coordination with suppliers & regional headquarters for conversion vehicles certification.
• Conduct vehicle audit and quality confirmation activities.
• Ensure compliance of quality activities to conversion milestones.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical, Management, Industrial, Electronics and Communication Engineering
• You are capable of accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.
• You can establish courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
• You can develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals.
• You are proactive; taking prompt action to accomplish objectives and taking action to achieve goals beyond what is required.
• You are capable of monitoring the results of delegations, assignments or projects, considering the skills, knowledge and experience of the assigned individual and the characteristics of the assignment or project.

• Proficient in the use of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Preferably with knowledge in Quality Assurance and Warranty handling
• Preferably with knowledge in Power Apps and/or Power BI
• Has knowledge in data management tools
• Has excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills
• Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna
