Job Description

  • Take on a leadership role by formulating and executing strategic plans in line with company objectives
  • Set and ensure the reach of relevant team KPIs to help maintain excellent performance
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies for high-quality lead generation
  • Understand business owner perspectives to craft compelling messages
  • Ideate and create engaging monthly social media content, videos, and persuasive copies to maintain a strong online presence across platforms
  • Implement SEO best practices to enhance online visibility
  • Identify and target relevant audiences to optimize lead generation
  • Build and expand page audiences and followers
  • Optimize marketing budgets for cost-effective lead acquisition
  • Plan and organize initiatives to boost brand awareness and conversions
  • Track, analyze, and manage advertising campaigns and their results across various platforms
  • Utilize metrics and data to monitor and adjust marketing strategies for maximum lead generation
  • Conduct market research and stay informed about competitor positioning
  • Oversee booth design and event-related tasks for expos and events
  • Create and design various company materials such as decks, banners, infographics, brochures, flyers, etc.
  • Assist in documenting team events and expos

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years leadership experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation
  • Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and copywriting
  • Understanding of SEO, marketing metrics, and data analysis
  • Ability to think creatively and generate unique marketing ideas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising tools
  • Motivated, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Note: Salary is negotiable.
