Job Description
Our client is a private medical company specializing in women's health, providing first class health care to patients in Australia. Primary Objective: To deliver exceptional patient care and customer service to new and existing patients in a polite, caring and professional manner. To adhere to all protocols and procedures for a positive outcome and the retention of patients. To achieve set performance standards and activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Point of contact to assist patient inquiries and concerns via call, email and SMS
- Understand the patient needs and requirements
- Assist new and existing patients with booking appointments, coordinating medication dispensing, and all other inquiries
- Action and complete customer care list as directed by Patient Care Manager and Team Leader
- Respond to daily emails to staff and patients
- Assist other departments and perform Ad Hoc tasks as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 3 years of work experience in a customer service role in a BPO setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications and easily adapts to learning new systems
- Strong organizational skills, time management skills and has high attention to details
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Problem solver and solutions driven with a proactive approach
- Self-starter who shows initiative and has a strong sense of confidentiality and ethical behavior
- Has a high level of professionalism and customer-orientation
- Can work independently and with a team
- Knowledge and background in the healthcare industry is an advantage
