SAP ABAP Developer  

SAP Script Handling:

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP Scripts for various business processes within SAP.
• Work with functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the accuracy and functionality of SAP Scripts.

Interface Management:

• Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and external systems, with a focus on IDoc and XML formats.
• Ensure seamless data exchange between SAP and other systems, including troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving interface issues.
• Manage data mapping and transformation for IDoc & XML communication processes.

SAP ABAP Development:

• Perform general SAP ABAP development tasks, including reports, enhancements, and custom programs.
• Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing ABAP programs and improve performance.

Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with functional teams to ensure that the technical solutions align with business processes.
• Provide support during testing phases and assist with debugging issues as needed.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for SAP solutions.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Solid experience in handling SAP Script and interface management, particularly with IDoc and XML files.
• Experience working with SAP modules and understanding business processes is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP ABAP programming (reports, BADI, user exits, enhancements, etc.).
• Expertise in IDoc and XML interfaces, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SAP middleware tools (e.g., PI/PO, SAP Gateway, or similar).
• Good understanding of SAP Netweaver and related technologies.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
