Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for ensuring the company’s compliance with applicable regulations by keeping up with regulatory changes, particularly in the financial technology industry.
- Responsible for monitoring any regulatory developments/changes that impact the company’s business.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting mandatory reports to Bank Indonesia and/or the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
- Responsible for preparing and submitting internal reports to Management.
- Provide compliance recommendations on how the company should adjust its business as required by the applicable laws/regulations.
- Communicate with relevant departments to meet the company’s compliance requirements.
- Act as the PIC (Person in Charge) between the company and Bank Indonesia and/or the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a compliance staff and/or legal staff.
- Graduate in law or a related field from a reputable university.
- Interested in the financial technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in preparing reports.
- Responsible and possess high integrity.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to adapt to the work environment, friendly, honest, and able to work well in a team.
- Fluent in English.
