Creative Designer

Your Role:

As a Creative Designer at AffinityX, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating our clients' brand identities through compelling visual experiences across various mediums, including print, digital, and motion.

What you will do:

• Interpreting abstract business concepts and client briefs and turning them into creative ideas.
• Reviewing feedback from clients and making alterations according to the clients' needs.
• Offer alternative ideas to challenge creative briefs, showcasing our creative prowess beyond the original scope.
• Adopt emerging technologies and incorporate them into creative concepts and content.
• Analyzing market research to create more effective designs.
• Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
• Preparing finished design in the Adobe suite
• Communicating with clients to discuss their needs and the design requirements.
• Creating a wide range of designs/graphics templates/designs across 360 degrees of marketing logos, brand assets, brand collaterals, print advertising collaterals, Digital advertising, UI, social media, merchandise, etc)

• With 4+ years of proven graphic design experience preferably in an Ad Agency/Design Studio
• Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio
• Knows how to conceptualize a brand
• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite and hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office
• In-depth knowledge of design, marketing, and advertising concept
• Good communication abilities, both in written and verbal forms, particularly in guiding and presenting design concepts.
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to details
• Ability to work on shifting schedules
