Accounting Supervisor  

• oversees Accounting operations and the daily transactions, including accounts payable
• oversees the preparation of periodic financial statements and the corporate annual report.
• ensures that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
• manage month-end and year-end closing
• assists external auditors and provides required statements and information for the annual and periodic audits.
• coordinates the preparation of the corporate tax return.
• maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• complies with local, state, and government requirements.
• participate in regular tax audits and payroll preparation
• prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues
• manage month-end and year-end closing
• monitor the daily performance of the accounting department

Qualifications :

• Strong management and communication skills
• minimum of atleast 5 years experience in supervisory level
• with CPA license is an advantage
• Ability to manage and process a large volume of data within tight deadlines
• Ability to break down and distribute work
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Mastery of accounting and tax preparation software
• Team management skills
