Head of Advertising Solutions  

The Head of Advertising Solutions will be responsible for:

• Leading team to support the selling cycle of campaigns​ and is in-charge of seeing through the execution of the strategies, proof checking, and overseeing the positioning of all advertising solutions
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with the existent and prospective clients and partners in order to determine their needs and formulate advertisement sales solutions that will address those needs
• Understanding brand objectives and developing account plans to build programs that drive strong results​
• Tracking sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly quota goals​
• Conducting research and competitive scan to check market conditions and trends
• Managing the talent development and coaching of team members​

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, or other relevant courses
• Relevant experience in data solutions sales and media planning with proven and successful experience in achieving targets
• At least 10 years of working experience in an advertising sales position, in a department head / director level capacity within a fast paced and dynamic business environment
• Has background in programmatic advertising, performance and affilliate marketing, and digital media and advertising
• Has analytical acumen to understand and optimize media campaigns​
• Excellent account and client management skills
• People manager skills - ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a cross-functional team towards a common direction and with a common vision
• Strong negotiation skills to work and collaborate with partners and clients
• Good communicator - strong verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated passion of drawing useful insights to form raw information and data into insights that lead to the improvement of existing advertising solutions and new product opportunity
