Job Description
- To contribute service cost reduction thru implementation of non-contact meter collection
- To convert of MIF from Visit to Non-Visit method for Meter reading
- To process consolidated MRs, encode and transmit for billing and run RPA
- To achieve revenue target thru timely submission and completion of meter collection summary.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor's degree of any business, office administration or basic IT related courses
- Atleast 1-year working experience in Customer Service and/or Office administration
- Knowledge in basic MS Office applications
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
