- Aligning stakeholders on product vision and key objectives
- Set product roadmap and milestones
- Aid in prioritization of PBIs based on business value
- Implement product design architecture and frameworks
- Initiate growth of UX maturity in the organization
- Create and set product strategies, UX optimizations, and user flow improvements
- Publish brand guidelines, product specs, and launch requirements, and other product documentations
- Synthesize research results to create user-centric design solutions
- Analyze metrics and monitor key performance indicators to start iterative designs
- Lead ideation and UX sessions like squint tests, journey mapping, peer reviews
- Build and manage UX team and designOps ensuring high quality output
- Mentor team members, capitalizing on strengths while developing weaknesses
- Construct training regimen for skill development and self-improvements
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to develop ideas and solutions
- Spearhead front-end product decisions and scope front-end business requirements
- Ensure design solutions are accurately developed and successfully met
- Administer team tools, subscriptions, and accounts
- Co-facilitate in hiring and onboarding of new members
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Works onsite daily

- Bachelor's Degree Holder
- Knows Front-End development
- UX research and analysis metrics and product performance
- online gaming experience is a must
