Job Description
- Lead the establishment of Aboitiz Power’s open innovation ecosystem
- Provides direct support to the Innovation Program Lead in carrying out the purposes and scope of the Corporate Innovation Strategy:
- Filtering of startups based on the deal flow strategy and organization’s needs
- Pilot programs with tech startups including but not limited to research development agreements and joint development of new offerings.
- Joint development activities with research centers
- Analyze customer needs, conduct market research and co-develop value propositions with external alliances
- Develop innovative and creative go-to-market strategies and paths to monetization
- Cultivate better interactions and discourse through community engagements
- Build exciting new approaches to facilitate value exchange between external alliances and Aboitiz Power team
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any 4-year related course
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, an advantage
- At least 3 years’ experience in working with tech startups, research centers and other open innovation alliances preferably in the energy sector
- At least 2 years’ experience in business development or project management
- Professional Project Management, an advantage
