Accounts Manager  

• Build strong commercial relationships with external stakeholders, implement strategic
account approach to develop partnerships.
• Initiate talks with customers/partners on project opportunities, liaison with internal/external
teams on solutions, negotiate with key stakeholders on commercial terms and finalize the business deals
• Carry on studies on market trends, customer requirements, competition status etc, and
present to management with analysis and reports if required
• Conduct product training, seminars, presentation to customers and/or other stakeholders if required.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Ensure clients receive excellent customer support and assistance as needed.
• Develop account plans and strategies to achieve client objectives.
• Work with clients to set realistic goals and timelines for projects.
• Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports as business requires.
• Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all agreements and service-level commitments are met.
• Renew contracts and negotiate terms as necessary.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in any field
• 3-4 years of account management or customer success experience in an IT software company
or other similar fields
• Knowledgeable in the use of different software applications such as Jira, Confluence
• Can communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the
organization.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proactive and Result-driven who can be flexible in the ways of CrescendoCollectives.
