Job Description
Hello from e-pon team!
We are looking for QA Lead to oversee performance testing and automation testing of the QA team.
Job Description:
- Overall, in charge and monitoring of Manual test, Automation test and Performance test team.
- Develop test standards, strategies, and processes to meet business requirements.
- Arrange for leadership and senior-level strategic thinking in ongoing QA activities.
- Work with team of QA engineers and ensure that objectives are met.
- Participate on software requirement and technical design review.
- Develop test automation strategy, design performance test, execution, and lead performance test delivery.
- Work with the development team to understand the technologies and develop/implement automated testing tools for data comparison and transformation.
- Participate in recruitment of QA team members.
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Execute, record and analyze test results.
- Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements and expected system behavior.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in computer science or other relevant courses.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in testing.
- With good understanding of software development and testing life cycle and methodologies (SDLC and STLC)
- Experience in white box and black box testing.
- Experience with the following software testing types: Unit, Integration, System, Sanity, Smoke, Regression, Acceptance, Stress/Load, Usability and Security (at least 5).
- JIRA (or other project and issue management tool)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Eye for details.
- Amenable to work on site in BGC, Taguig City.
