- Establish clear client retention goals;
- Advocates the company and serve as industry ambassador, keen on educating prospects and customers on the capabilities of our products and services;
- Acts as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle and developing relationships with key stakeholders;
- Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services
- Handle client management and development of initiatives and campaigns to identify revenue-generating and marketing opportunities.
- Work proactively to improve the performance of the company and optimize the use of its products and services.
- Develop strategies and processes that delivers consistent customer satisfaction.
- Identify and understand customer needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field
- With at least 5 -year experience in Customer Success, Business Development, Sales or related field
- Knowledgeable in customer success processes
- Proven experience building strong customer relationships and efficiently communicating internal and external voices
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation and phone communication skills, with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
- Knowledgeable to CRM Softwares.
